With respect, I can't see how Dia's profit for the 2015 calendar year can be simply plonked on top of ADO's numbers to form part of ADO's results for the period. That's not how the accounting rules work for M&A's. The only profits recognised in the consolidated entity's results are "post acquisition" profits. So, it depends on when the acquisition took place - I believe that time to be Dec 15 or Jan 16 depending on the wording of the legal agreement/when DIA's shares where transferred to ADO's subsidiary.
With respect, I can't see how Dia's profit for the 2015 calendar...
