Happy to be wrong, and think I miscalculated on the start debt. Page 23 of the Half Yearly shows $3,213,000 convertible notes + $63,000 for the lind debt ($3,275,000 total)

From the two 3B's we have $711,576 and $549,027 converted ($1,260,603 total) so with creative rounding that gives about $2 million left owing + $600,000 from the mill acquisition leaves 2.6million

So you are right my calcs where off by a large margin, but still not arriving at $450k +600k for the mill unless I've missed an ann.? feel free to point me in the right direction!
