MJP's constitution states that the company must not have less than 3, or more than 9 board membes (including the CEO). A good medium for a NIL revenue start-up would (in my opinion) have been 4 or 5 appointees. A brief background on all current board members, including:

- Qualifications/experience that might, or might not be useful for the successful launch of Jetpacks
- Total number of chair positions (including MJP)
- Board duties remuneration
- Countries of Residence

1) Jon Mayson - Former Chair of NZ Trade & Enterprise. Companion to the NZ Order of Merit for services to the shipping industry. Former CEO of the Port of Tauranga. Currently holding a total of 10 chair positions. MJP 2014/2015 director earnings A$46,317

2) Peter Coker - MJP CEO since April 2013. Former senior officer in the Royal Air Force. More recently, General Manager of Lockheed Martin (NZ) & Business Development Director for Asia Pacific for a Lockheed Martin Business Unit. Paid as a CEO, which includes board duties.

3) Jenny Morel - Founder & Managing Partner of No 8 Ventures Management. Resides in Singapore. MJP 2014/2015 director earnings A$41,964

4) John Diddam - Principal of a company, providing corporate advisory services to SME & mid-cap companies. Currently holding a total of 8 chair positions. MJP 2014/2015 director earnings A$18,333

Leader of Kuang-Chi's near space technology projects, flight testing of the “Cloud” at the Apollo base in Shenzhen, China & launch of the “Traveller” in Ashburton, NZ. 9) Dennis Chapman - Bachelor of Engineering from the Canterbury University. Initially worked at Tait Electronics as a Senior Design Engineer, responsible for mobile radio & telephone design. Establish Switchtec Power Systems in 1985, sold in 1998. Established Enatel, specialising in design & manufacture of standby power solutions for telcos & the wireless/industrial markets.
