Even though i was uneasy at how long it was taking, i'd no reason to not believe the assurances we were given about the delivery schedule in the prospectus, so the 2 August announcement came as a total shock. I asked management how we got from imminent deliveries in Q3 2016 to downgraded specs to we'll probably burn through the whole $30 million at bank and run out of money before building a machine with decent specs. No satisfactory answer was forthcoming. Even the simple question of why, while they were testing and selecting the Rotron engine,didn't anyone notice that it would give lower specs than the V4,was met with shrugs. In my mind it's a case of either staggering,almost criminal incompetence or worse. I'm not sure why, but I've an idea... Anyone have any theories how we got here?
