No its not a concept anymore.

Aircraft stages:
1. Concept (drawing board)
2. Prototype
3. More prototypes or demonstrators (with improved modifications to the first prototype)
4. Final product, usually in the military world they call it IOC (initial operating capability)

The MJP is at stage 3.

Eg. just look at the F-35 or Chinese J-20, there are constant improvements made to newer prototypes to perfect the stealth jets.
