MJP stated in their 25.02.2016 Investor Relations Update (page 6), that their jetpack features a ballistic parachute:

However, an entry on their facebook site, dated 25 March 2016, states that the parachute is not yet fitted and certified:



I am in the process of gathering evidence that will be useful for a possible class action, should this business fold.

I sincerely hope that it does not and that Kuang-Chi will step in the very near future (52% to 100% please).

Now wondering (and keeping track of) what other outstanding matters will also be revealed.
