My preference for Kuang-Chi taking over and running this company...

My preference for Kuang-Chi taking over and running this company is based on the following assumptions:

    1) Better marketing (Highly educated and motivated staff)
    2) Proximity to relevant markets (there won't be anyone buying in NZ)
    3) Established manufacturing fascilities and supply leads
    4) Lower operational costs (Labour, raw matierials, equipment, taxes)

You only have to look at the NZ (& Australian) diary industries, with so many farms having had to be rescued by Chinese investors. China is now the largest foreign investor in the New Zealand dairy sector and without them, many businesses would have had to close.

Or look at Australia, with the last few (subsidised foreign) car manufacturers now pulling out and submarines having to be purchased from either Japan, France or Germany.

I also just don't see much enthusiasm in the management of MJP and if things continue the way they are, you will have plenty of buying opportunities at the price you mentioned.

    Kuang-Chi: 52% to 100%, please.
