    In my opinion,

KuangChi Science spending just 16 cents for each of these 150,653,728 newly issued shares was the worst case scenario for us, the non-cornerstone investors. MJP receiving NZ$23.7 million with no effort at all, would be like a spoiled teenager being handed the keys to a brand new European luxury car by its rich parents, without having to bend a single finger or give anything in return. I would have much preferred another company, like Lockheed Martin taking over this 31+years old non-profit endeavour. MJP can now lean back again and retreat into their small workshop/tent, tinkling away on heat sensing cameras to be mounted to 20 odd exotic jetpacks to be leased to the Dubai fire department towards the end of this year. KuangChi won't worry too much until the 16 cent SP mark has been reached, when they will call their bankers back in Hong Kong or their tax advisors in Bermuda, where KuangChi is incorporated. In the worst case scenario, MJP can always come up another exotic financial instrument, none of which will be accessible to us un-sophisticated investors.

Jennifer Ann Morel, one of the remaining 8 board directors, has also just converted her personal options into 1,203,010 ordinary shares. Just wait until they come onto the market, being purchased at a discount from the today's price (MJP dropped another 8.47% today).

MJP won't be able to keep up, with the release of 'Change of substantial holdings' ASX announcements, an exciting race to the bottom.

By the way, MJP spent almost $280,000 in travel expenses in (just) the 6 months to 31 December 2015 ($46,000 per month), and guess at what end of the plane they would be travelling and how many stars their hotels would have?) and this does not even include shipping of their static display around the world, costing another $121,000 for 6 months. How much did they spent on wages in those 6 months, I hear you ask? How about a little over $2 million dollars?

    My, oh my!
