    Does anyone know what the procedure is of the major shareholder taking control of a listed/suspended company? What would be the impediment to KCS waiting till MJP runs out of money, administrators get called in, they buy it for a song,delist it and ship it all to China to revive it as a private entity? Speaking purely hypothetically of course?
