One of the latest announcements on MJP's website (second from the top at the time of my post) 'talks' about their current preferred sales strategy. It seems that they prefer to use military terminology in many of their communications (e.g. flying sorties, etc) and again the term beachhead strategy is a military term. The danger that I can see with this approach is that MJP will not be able to generate enough revenue to meet the ongoing costs, once the money from the IPO has run out. And with new staff being recruited and assembly lines being constructed, this will most likely happen within the next 6-8 months. It is encouraging that they are stating "as a pre-revenue company, we are critically aware of the need to populate the order book and lock in production runs so as to match customers with jetpacks and jetpack products as they are delivered off the production line later in 2016". Lets cross fingers, with new staff and a heightened awareness about their latest financial situation, this new business can eventually become a success.
