Interesting that MK chose to buy another 1 Million shares on 08/11/2010 after the release of the 'no diamonds in first 50 Tonne sample' announcement - which ultimately drove the share price down from 5.2 to 2.8 on the same day!
He could be perceived as either very cheeky or niave to think that this sort of transaction will go under the radar of ASIC.
We can only trust that there were no further results available to announce at the time(like today's announcement) and he has acted with integrity!
IMO he was just taking advantage of jittery holders.
