My loss on MAL in the end is much less than yours, but the seemingly blatent misrepresentations you refer to are the real kick in the guts for me.

As for getting anything back from the administrators, I am not sure if the ore stockpile is still sitting on the wharf in the Tiwis, but with Astron suing and the wharf still being inoperable, it may not represent much value at all.

I would love to have been a fly on the wall during your phone call to the MD. Was he defensive or stroppy or dismissive - or at least apologetic? Good on you for letting him know what you thought. You've left something weighing down on his soul - presuming he has one.
