BUT my concern is the link of MK in each company.. he's set up a whole heap of shelf type companies with little projects here and there, got a heap of free shares and options in each of them and now wants to consolidate them.

if he pays a fair price for what they are all worth, considering he knows the long term value/potential and the individual shareholders of each company don't get short shrift then i am happy.. but i fear that may not happen.
