Sharemadder: I don't think IRL will go sub 10 cents just because TTY has a growing stake...I could be proven wrong though. Other factors could definately push it sub 10 (negative market sentiment overall etc.)

Also, we as shareholders have to vote in regards to any proposed takeover...If the price is too low and company looks like its worth a lot more, then vote against the takeover...right?

Hopefully the TTY consolidation is at least a year off :S
