If I were managing a company I would put a lot of money into the company. But if I was not managing it I wouldn't have such a big investment in the company.
I would probably diversfy.
Kiernan will still be a non-executive director when he leaves and he still owns 1,110,000 which is around $3 million; quite a substantial investment.
I would say he still thinks CSM is a good investment but not being the CEO and directly in control of everything it is probably a riskier proposition.
He's really now just an investor in CSM so I would say he is diversifying, for sure.
The market may get scared into dumping tomorrow but if they do it would be a misreading of the situation.
