It is reported in the west that MK is in Hong Kong trying to sell his stock in Territory, may be to Nobel or other invester.

Andrew Simpsom said it was to early to tell weather Territory would be able to offload its 19.9 per cent stake in Monarch.

We do have some securities in place over the loans that we,ve got outstanding in Monarch, we also understand that they do have some other assets that would be able to be sold even if they decided in their wisdom not to continue to prouduce, so there is certainly an expectation that we will recover some of the loans.

Territory has receiver over the Minjar asset and Aard Metals is keen to acquire it.

All in all I think we may come out of this with a few scratches and bruises, lets hope.
