    Michael Kiernan has requested shareholders ask for a postponement of next weeks meeting scheduled for the 19th July ! ( see ASX announcements today) .

    MK will decide Monday 16th if he will formalise a bid via TTY and we will know then of his bid.

    If, as is expected, the Pallinghurst bid does'nt "get up" , then the TTY can be considered on it's merits as fair or otherwise.

    Stalling the Pallinghurst bid vote won't change that !!
