MKG 2025 Options to AUE shares, page-3

I filled out their form a while back in March 2025. I got an email from AUE asking to transfer MKG to AUE. Something like this:

• Online: To acceptany or all of the Offersonline, you must go to https://investor.automic.com.au/#/homeand follow the instructions below:

1. click "Register" then select "Mako Gold Takeover Offer" from the dropdown list in the Issuer Name Field
2. enter your Holder Identification Number / Holder Reference. This is shown on the top of your Acceptance Form (refer to the instructions below on how to access a personalised Acceptance Form)
3. enter your postcode OR country of residence (only if outside Australia)
4. enter your partial holder name
5. tick the box "I'm not a robot" and then select "Next"
6. complete the prompts to set up your username and password details
7. once you are logged in, select “Offers” from the left-hand vertical menu and follow the prompts

I activated my Automic account and followed their instructions and got an email that had the following information:

	Your Transaction details:
1	Issuer:	Mako Gold Takeover Offer
2	Description:	Mako Gold Limited Compulsory Acquisition Claim
3	Investor details:	<Name>
4	Holder Id:	<Holder ID>

It took some time but I believe I got a letter in the mail about MKG in exchange for AUE stocks. Checked my stock account and it was there. This was probably back around May at a rough guess.
So as long as you've gone through the process, check your mail and stock account every now and then.
