I was not an MKG holder, and I thought that offer looks pretty self explanatory. You can get AUE shares for those options you hold, 170 / 248 options for one AUE share respectively. You have time to accept the offer if you didn't already do so during the takeover offer. Or maybe the offer for the Options is only opening now. I'm not sure but they offer is on the table now so it makes no sense for you not to take it.
