Feeling bad for MKL shareholders. Unfortunately we could see this coming and tried to discuss a couple of months ago, but some people freaked out so we left it. For all the talk of strategic reviews, this was the only way to re-capitalise MKL; CR and consolidation. Awful for SHs.
My concern here is $6M is not a lot of cash really. The new management will have to pull a rabbit out of the hat in terms of company direction, otherwise $6M is just buying time and will get burned up.
