Giving my professional opinion that is backed by actual results shouldn’t be seen as grinding an axe. It’s like me asking “what’s your vested interest?” if someone talks the stock up based on speculation. Speculation will inflate a SP, sure, but won’t keep it there. If anything a lot of people were burned by CCR and BOK back in the day; I was around in the Area back when BOK owned the site so I have a fair idea of the challenges the site will have / is having. As long as they manage the issues differently, it will be a success. But I’m not seeing it yet. Unless they can get confirmed widths from the deeps program (and they are decent) or they can refinance the debt again I wonder how they will go by as early as the end Q1. Just my opinion...
