Credit where credit is due, I have little doubt that as the MD Darren Lurie would have been working with the Board, the Chairman and executives from Clermont Group on many issues, including suitable board appointments. And yes, it's probably tempting to announce all sorts of research developments. The fact that (as far as I can see) neither the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, The Journal of Nuclear Medicine or MSK openly mention the use of the Optiscan FIVE2 endomicroscope would indicate it's still quite sensitive information, or at least early days.
