    With Thorney gone, it looks like there may have been an orderly transfer to Hunter Hall, though why not just do an off-market cross? Either way, Hunter Hall appear to have been picking up just about every spare share since July. Sooner or later, supply at these prices has to dry up, and then, what we've all been waiting for. A bumper Christmas would be nice.
