Well at least a proper CEO recruitment process could take place instead of the farce that Galtos Sr put forward to shareholders 2-3 years ago when the son was appointed.
Seriously what's the point paying 300k for someone who has no public company experience, no knowledege of the respective industry, no industry connections and to date no capacity to attract proper cornerstone investment?
If a decent CEO came along tmw and was able to bring to the table all of the above then 800k as you put it might be worth contemplating.
