My advice to you (and to anyone new to ESI) is to keep reading as you will start to see a very clear pattern of incompetence, bullish statements and missed deadlines.
The company burns around 50k a week and will probably need further cash injection excluding Tincom's over the next 6 months. Something to think about if you are a 'longtermer' given their history of capital raising.
And, btw the Tincom deal is far from done so don't let vocal proponents 'dress it up'.
The key date to watch out for will be in Dec imo.
