We can all do the good ol blame game but at the moment ECT have not got an abundance of cash... to get results we need cash that is why la jolla was chosen like it or not - i dont think they had a lot of choices for the past year in fact...
the next 2 months are going to be crucial either we make headway with tincom plus progress poland or indonesia or sign another deal we will be in dire straits... so until some cashflow starts getting generated it's going to be tough!
There seems to be a lot going on in the background lets see what pans out
