If we take your advice and wait for all the boxes to be ticked before we take a position we will be paying 30c a share.
Why not get in now at 2c (with moderate risk) and retire when the share price hits 30c?
Most shareholders realise that ECT is not a blue chip yet...but dont all blue chips start off as speccy stocks?
