Maybe TOX isn't a penny dreadful but in my opinion unless more income is coming it is worth less than 10 cents.
That's my opinion.
The fake depth I am referring to can be a few buy orders, say 100-500k in a stock such as TOX but is more common in stocks say under 10 cents where there is multiple 1m plus bids to create the illusion of market support whilst the bidders sell stock bought at lower prices.
