I remember Nigel said in one of his speeches back in Nov/Dec that:
the mining license is in its fourth stage and if the mining department does not have any problem with our application, then the mining license will be automatically issued after 3 months from the application.
I am not sure the exact date but I do remember he said something like this.
Can anyone remind me of this?
