I should think the date for the ML would be a calender year not a financial year. When ever the company puts out announcements regarding timelines for works completed or due to be completed it uses the calender year.
However, there is only one way to be sure and that is to ask the company rather than guessing on a forum.

On the noise in London for Kah, I think we would mostly have smart money buying this stock. Doesnt the smart money buy when others get scared and sell?
