I fully support you. However, without support from the management, ML could not do this cos a responsible managemet should check its shareholdings from time to time to prevent any accidential negative effect on the stock.
For example, a billionare can buy the stocks though different channels e.g. oversea companies or other related parties. When he accumulate the shares for a certain portion, he can give an offer at a very lower price but unluckily over 51% agree. The poor retail investors will lose a chance to make money but lost money.
This is proved in ARH. The difference is that the major shareholder is holding over 60%. If you believe he would do the best for the small shareholder, you are in danger. Finally, ARH shares will be exchanged to a future listed HK company which is also controlled by the same guy.
GG, please call more media so the managemnet has no way to go but go back to flight for OUR INTEREST.
