    A lot of noise about risk for AVZ in DRC.
    USD $285 MILLION DOLLARS to be spent on road infrastructure to Manono.
    Surely due diligence was done before committing that amount?

    AVZ has a three way split involving / DRC government / China all 3 moving forward together it appears.
