Good points Viney. Given there is no trading halt the market & exsisting holders of MLA will give a fairly decent indication of how they might've voted based on turnover over the next while.

I can definitely see more positives and negatives in this announcement. I just hope that the faithful shareholders are recognised and not somehow disadvantaged to get new money onboard.
