No problemo Frank, I think we just all need to be patient, I don't even know when the count down began, mine is a guesstimation, from evidence that I'm available to read/research, the rest is up to the Ugandan Government, also from what I've read and heard IXR was also negotiating/Strategy with the 15% royalty to UGMC and trying to get a higher % ownership of Makuutu REE
