What do you think the MLC spinoff be valued at at a 1:1 offer? I'm guessing about $1.10 total per NAB share.

And further to this, how do companies generally decide on the spinoff list price (or existing share to new company share ratio). How do they find the 'sweet spot' for a spin off company's listing?
