The main points here are expressed in pre-tax context in an effort to paint a prettier picture. What happened to the DFS? Almost two years passed and this wonderful management team couldn't produce a viable FS as to base our assumptions on? How can a reliable financeer provide capital to this project without the bare minimum of a DFS?

They didn't have the time to send some one specimens to possible offtake partners and get their assessments as a feedback to allow us evaluate the quality of the resource? What takes them so long? Maybe the resource is not up to the standards?
