MLM Largest shareholder AGAINST MERGER

Today the he Shareholder Action Group posted their newsletter out to all Shareholders and included a statement from MLM's largest shareholder.

The statement reads:

Jien Mining, MLM's largest shareholder, has informed the Shareholder Action Group that it intends to vote AGAINST the merger proposal.
