Thanks for the update but it does raise a few questions.

1. What is the basis of the negotiations over land title?
2. Other tenement packages and/or buyout...and the money will come from?
3. Sconi not contributing to market cap....don't they realise its due to their not jointly announcing MLM and AUZ updates? (absolutely no excuse for this)
4. No offtake..but most likely sold via agent...(and we can believe that?) (what is agents cut?)

Like I said, it does raise a few questions that I think need exploration.
