    News of the MLM takeover should come as a relief for battered QOL holders. QOL is still undervalued, but at least now has a chance to merge with a serious company.

    We may even see a better offer ahead with OUM picking up stock, and who may increase their offer. A battle between OUM and MLM could be interesting....
