MLM are just disclosing the shares that they subscribed for in the recent $1.1M capital raising at 10 cents. These are subject to approval at the AGM vote tomorrow but clearly they believe they have the votes so have paid up and issued the shares.

CLY have also "claimed" their 3.5M shares which are also subject to a vote tomorrow. They have another 3.5M pending as they convert their $350K note. CLY have today advised that they have already received and settled 1,247,124 shares in their Take Over.

No doubt all parties want to vote their full entitlement at the AGM tomorrow. Maybe their is going to be a bit of dust up on some of the resolutions if MLM and CLY are each organising their scrappy votes.

MLM have announced that they have accepted the offer from CLY but they obviously are still hanging in there for some reason. It is probably so the 3 Metallica Directors do not get rolled summarily.
