Status of Project Permits:
Magnolia LNG is awaiting the last final federal authorization, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Section 404/10 permit. Magnolia LNG is currently revising the Beneficial Use of Dredged Material Plan that was submitted with the Section 404/10 application so that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers can complete and issue the permit. Magnolia LNG has received all other required federal authorizations related to the Liquefaction Project.
Key Points
On May 19, 2016, Magnolia LNG submitted to the FERC a request for authorization to commence initial site preparation no later than August 1, 2016
So there we have it.
