MLNG have just filed its latest Monthly Status Report.

Once again, MLNG awaits BUDM from COE.
A quick check of last month's filing shows 2 (italicised) changes below.

"Magnolia LNG is awaiting the final federal authorization, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Department of Army (Section 404/10) permit. On June 28, 2016, Magnolia LNG submitted the Final Beneficial Use of Dredged Material Plan (BUDM) to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New Orleans District (COE), Louisiana Department of Natural Resources (LDNR), and the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). On June 30, 2016, Magnolia LNG submitted the BUDM to the FERC in compliance with Condition No. 18 of the April 15 Order. Magnolia LNG anticipates that the issuance of the Section 404/10 permit is imminent based on its ongoing engagement with the COE. Magnolia LNG has received all other required federal authorizations related to the Liquefaction Project.

On September 9, 2016 Magnolia LNG received in draft form the Coastal Use Permit from the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, Office of Coastal Management (“LDNR”). The Coastal Use Permit authorizes Magnolia LNG to dredge in coastal waters and to beneficially use dredged material to restore wetlands. On October 3, 2016, LDNR published the final approval of the Coastal Use Permit and on October 11, 2016, Magnolia submitted it to the FERC to satisfy Environmental Condition 18 of the April 15 Order.
