I don't think the FERC's final Notice to Proceed or the non-FTA approval were ever going to hold this up. GV mentioned it was straight forward enough.

The only risk here in relation to the end of year deadlines is the signing up of customers. We need 3.4mtpa at a minimum (Stonepeak condition precedent) and so far we have 2mtpa expiring by end of year.

Once we sign up customers then we can progress to financial close. But from executing agreements with customers to financial close would be at least 3 months, so you'd think we'd need to see an announcement rather soon
