All the BOD would have to do is make a move on something and there'sa few options. It's not like the tenements haven't progressed it's just been so damn slow.
My guess is someone knows what's coming or they think they do because last week were some decent positions getting set. Unfortunately the next waves on a move like this can take months to develop.
I dunno, I'm finally optimistic on this one. I actually thought today would be the day, the rest of the week will be interesting.
