Because he currently has around $1.3 million in shares, if the SP goes to 10.5c he has $3.9 million, it is absurd to think that he would not want this and still get his rent and management fees? although he is not listed as a manager and I cannot see payments going to him, last quarter there where $88,000 in corporate fees, so he cant be getting much, and the bank interest covered this anyway. He is a top shareholder in MLS and SBR, not sure about GED but he is equal top shareholder in MLS with someone else. So he is not a director, he cant be getting much in rent, he is not getting a wage directly, but he still completely runs the show?
