Ray you make no sense. Firstly it was from mid Jan 11 that MLS re-applied for the EPL licenses to be renewed so that equates to 4 months. Remember that after they won their appeal they then lost time fighting the notice of irregularity. If memory serves me right that didn't finish until mid to late January 2011. Also if you read the recent announcement put out by EXT they confirmed that one of their licence renewals took just over 5 months to come through. Personally I don't think MLS is getting punIshed by anyone it's just the process & red tape you go through.
Anyway that's my take on the current situation let's see what other posters say.
