Kalaa, are there any grounds on which the EPLs could be denied?
The High Court has established that MLS are the rightful owners and instructed the Ministry to process the application with all speed.
And yet we are still waiting.
What is the hold up? Apart from slow grinding inefficient wheels.
The applications are apparently on the minister`s desk.
Why the delay?
I just rang the ministry. They told me that I would just have to wait until the decision is announced.
Que?!
