You say...it wasn't till the notice was thrown out that the true renewal process started. If you have evidence that the Supreme Court instructed the Ministry of Mines to halt its renewal activities until after consideration of the Notice of Irregularity, then you should share it with all those with an interest in MLS.
If you haven't got the evidence, don't try to pass it off as fact. Have the good grace to admit that its just your opinion.
Finally, this forum is not yours alone, and everyone is entitled to express an opinion...even if it differs from yours.
