Positive vibes are coming back Yes MLS gained 3 pips to finish on 6.4c. Our volume was quite good today, just over 13m shares traded. This was our highest finish in over 2 months. Things are looking looking good. We touched 6.7c today. If markets behave its just a matter of time we are in high 7s. My next number of trading is between 7.6 to 7.8c - usually do around 30% in each cycle - lets hope we reach there soon. ASX Li stocks had a bombastic day. Of the 43 stocks that I track, average gain was a whopping 9.5% - the best day in months and months. What next - On Friday US indices were more or less flat but resource stocks had made a gain. ASX mirrored US markets from Friday - indices were flat but resources were in semi-boom stage. Personally I rotated some stocks. As I had written on weekend after the initial rise of big stocks, the small to medium stocks come from behind. We saw that very evident in Li sector - lots of low cap stocks sitting in doldrums made a dash to cover some ground. So what will happen tonight? US Futures are slightly in green. Asian markets were also slightly in green. The cryptos are in very good mood. Bitcoin close to 23.7k and making way towards 24k. So overall the signs look fine. The big event this week is CPI/PPI of US, but that is Wednesday. But there is Consumer Inflations Expectations for July - that may provide some direction. Some earnings reports as well. So unless there is something spooky in Inflation Expectation, we should be fine, sideways to green - not much red. Lets hope it turns out that way. All the best.
