Yes, selling has dried up, so its near bottom now. But buyers are not convinced as yet - i think mainly around clarity what is happening and when it will happen.

One thing which I was hoping and has not happened till now is any difference Alex Biggs was going to make. He joined on 15th August, so over 2 months back now, but are not seeing any moves from him - except some twitter feeds how he is enjoying Melbourne and saying exciting times are going to happen. Its not enough as the price action demonstrates. Maybe something is happening in the background, but I would expect him and others to be more pro-active and engage with what is happening. Lets hope if they read HC it might spur someone to act.
